Everyone else's dish was perfect. My uncle had a beautiful filet of sole and my husband ate the whole plate of spaghetti with clams. I wasn't that hungry, so I ordered the zucchini blossom appetizer. It was horrible. Way too greasy and the batter was ridiculously thick. I ate one of the three and took the other two home. I peeled off the 1/4" thick layer of thick batter, sliced the cold blossom and cheese and added it to an omelet. Zucchini blossoms don't need to be overstuffed with cheese and should be dipped in a light flour and water batter that's been seasoned with salt and pepper.

I dunno maybe I came at a bad time but this pizza I got from here wasn’t good, I’m not even sure it was cooked all the way through.

Great experience! My first time coming here. The atmosphere was very nice, and cozy. The service was impeccable, we were there during opening so no wait time. If you have a bigger size party I would recommend to call ahead, the place is small/ decent sized. Also always a plus of having warm bread and butter (he even gave us 2nds). The food was made very well, it felt it was homemade. Good sauce/meat/ pasta portions. The price might be a little up there but it’s worth it for the quality of food. Would recommend coming to this place and experience.

We had a great experience at Maestros! I ordered the chicken parm and it was absolutely delicious, crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with sauce and cheese. Our table also had the veal parm, penne vodka, and gnocchi, and every dish was excellent. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. From start to finish, it was a solid dining experience. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for a good Italian meal!

The first time I ate here was in 1990 and I used to go back all the time for dinner. I moved away to #Houston and haven’t eaten since 1996. I returned today with a good friend of mine of 33 years and we had lunch. Ralph the owner was amazing, The food was good and even ended lunch with some cappuccino and sambuca! Definitely some amazing and authentic Italian food. Stay Alert & Be Safe! #SABS #CssOne
